        Tax season is always a little stressful, but I realized it doesn't have to be. First time filing taxes jointly, Mrs. Kim guided us through the entire process, explaining in simple/layman's terms the many questions we had. Mrs. Kim was easy to talk to, friendly, professional, and very promptwhich I want to highlight and give extra attention to: she would respond to emails in matter of minutes and never left us waiting. I have recommended her service to my family members, and I will surely be a returning customer next year.
