Our Elantra was purchased certified used at another local large dealer on Millersport Hwy. When I called them to set up a service appointment they were rude and seemed like I was bothering them- I decided to call Maguire and I am so glad I did!!!!! Caitlyn is personable and friendly and answered all of my questions professionally ( she is a gem, hang on to her!!;) The issue was attended to and our car was even vacuumed and washed!! We will be needing another car soon and I cant imagine going anywhere else!

My husband and I had to come here for a recall repair on my car. Throughout the process, we had the pleasure of working with Caitlin in the service department. Hands down, because of Caitlin's assistance, this is of the best experiences I've had with a car repair. Caitlin and her team quickly helped find the recall part and submitted our recall clearance, so we could import our car to Canada. Her assistance made a HUGE difference because we had a timeline to complete the recall before our safety certificate expired in Canada. During the process, Caitlin handled our repair with a friendly demeanor and helped in any way possible. She also mentioned being pretty understaffed, but she managed everything with grace and efficiency. If we buy a new car in the future, we would probably come here because of how much we appreciated the service.
