Im a disabled NYC Firefighter and here is my experience with Joseph. I spoke to Joseph on the phone as my ex-wife was in his office and she was thinking about using him to prepare her taxes. We own a home together so I entertained the idea. After speaking with Joseph on the phone and him telling me firmly that he will take my information, write up my tax paperwork separate and jointly, give me a call and see what works best for me it went totally downhill from there. Joe never ever reached back out to me, he did my taxes jointly and submitted it with no regard to calling me whatsoever, I ended up paying my ex-wifes business taxes and whatever else she owed and got completely screwed. Thanks Joe, I really appreciate it. BTW, I never seen the paperwork or signed a single solitary thing. Is that legal or a legit thing to do to somebody? Absolutely not! Thanks again.
