Hello, we’ve been racking our brains trying to figure this situation out. We would never send a customer away. We helped a lot of people that Friday night and set clear wait times with people as we had a large order for the school and didn’t want to catfish anybody into waiting longer than anticipated. At no point did we not try to help anybody tho, nor should that vibe be given. We’re sorry you felt we didn’t want to help you, we did. If you’re the gentleman who was trying to order pepperoni snacks( an item not on the menu) something we make special for the counter from time to time but do make when you call and request them, we’re sorry you weren’t comfortable with the wait time offered. We did in fact offer to help all of our customers and truly wanted to. Whether or not people wanted to wait an hour is another story. We respect everybody’s time and try to treat people how we’d wanted to be treated. Honestly. Like you said our food is good, so on a Friday night when it’s normally busy the wait times do go up a bit. Regardless we hope you understand nobody was trying to be rude or not help you, just trying to help everybody and be honest about wait times. Have a great day. Fun fact we are adding pepperoni snacks to the menu because of how desired they are!
