Dan from MATTE AND LACQUER promptly responded to my call and came out to deliver an estimate within days. The estimate was thorough (listing all aspects of the job) and fair. Dan worked with me to coordinate the job with my other contractors and the various jobs being done in my home. I was able to select high quality paint colors from the Sherwin Williams store and put them under the MATTE AND LAQUER account to be picked up prior to the start of the job. This made the entire process worry and error free! Rachael, the project manager, arrived with the workers on day one. Having just refinished my hard wood floors, I was very nervous about the job. Rachael was reassuring, on site multiple times, and in daily contact with me overseeing that the job was being done perfectly! The workers were on-time daily. Due to the high quality of work, I added a few additional small jobs while work was being done. MATTE AND LACQUER was happy to accommodate my additional jobs! I will absolutely use MATTE AND LACQUER for all my future painting needs and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality, professional work done in a timely manner. Owner Dan from what I see is very disorganized and from the looks has no idea about the profession. His guys are pretty much running the company for him without any kind of appreciation. On a job site with him and his team. I can just see how unappreciative he is towards his guys and his lack of knowledge.
