        Tom and his crew were professional, helpful, and fast! They were very knowledgeable on maneuvering our furniture and keeping my pieces safe. They even assisted with a last minute junk removal! 10/10 these guys were great.

        We recently used Pro Movers to store furniture while we were showing our condo, and then to move our furniture and possessions from NY to MN. Tommy and his staff were pleasant and appeared professional. However, after our belongings were delivered and he was paid in full, we discovered problems. 4 chairs and an antique tea cart were missing. Two weeks later, we are still waiting to hear when they will be delivered. Items in sealed boxes are missing - one of a pair of Sabbath candlesticks, 2 of a set of 8 ornamental plates, etc... Even more disturbing is that when I opened a sealed box, I found items that did not belong to us mixed in with our possessions. Tommy has been completely non-responsive to requests for updates and/or explanations. As distasteful as it may be, I am now forced to continue my requests via Certified Mail.

        I was in a bind when my original movers never showed , I called Pro movers and Tom the owner had 3 AWESOME gentleman show up within 2 hrs ... The men had positive attitudes and really down to earth personalities.. I was so thankful I bought them food and tipped in cash ....Thankyou so much and the price was great too ... HAPPY HOLIDAYS
