I just had a great conversation with Mark, he answered the phone quickly and pleasantly. His advice was more than helpful. In my situation he took the time to listen and explain but ultimately advised going through the insurance company would be in my best interest. I greatly appreciate his honesty since he could have absolutely taken the situation to court and then I would have to pay out of pocket; but Mark advised that insurance could handle this (since that is what we pay it for!). Although I may not be using his service at this time, I am happy to have found an attorney whose integrity is virtuous and is not out to take peoples money in desperate situations. I am wholeheartedly thankful that I found Mr. Schuh to represent me. He was incredibly professional and helpful in protecting my career when my employer turned on me. My case was aviation-related, with some interesting complexities, and he expertly navigated the laws and my rights while defending me.
