Of the seven companies I looked into for renting a big roll off dumpster, I ended up leaving  voice mails at six, faxing three and filling out an online "Contact Us - We respond to every request!" form for each and every one. The whole "We respond/answer to every request/email" bit? Flat out lie.  One of the six companies we called didn't even know their own pricing, scheduling, or availability, and told me to call back in a few days after they had some time to research where their containers were currently at and to find a price sheet.  Ahhhh, no. None of these places should brag about how great their customer service is on their web pages - total joke.The seventh company I called to get information from, On Time Disposal, was THE ONLY ONE who was ready to do business. Faigy provided easy to understand pricing and was happy to answer our questions. On Time Disposal also offer the longest time to have the containers (two full weeks versus five days) and by far the best price of what we could find out online for the other six companies who suck at customer service. We didn't have to wait weeks to get a dumpster, either. Within a couple of days, a big roll off dumpster was dropped off right where we asked them to put it in our driveway. We kept it for three weeks, and called for pickup when it was full. No fuss or stress involved. Upon pickup, absolutely no mess was left by On Time Disposal (no bits fell out when bin was loaded or driven away) when they picked up the dumpster. We definitely can't say the same for the company who picks up our weekly trash! No damage was done to our driveway or yard by either their truck or the container. On Time Disposal Inc is a great company and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more or better.

Of the seven companies I called to get information from, On Time Disposal was THE ONLY ONE who bothered to call and be ready to do business. Faigy provided easy to understand pricing and was happy to answer questions. They also offer the longest time to have the containers (two weeks) and by far the best price of what we could find out online. We didn't have to wait weeks either to get a dumpster. Within a couple of days, one was dropped off right where we asked them to in our driveway. We kept it for three weeks, and called for pickup. No fuss, no mess left by On Time Disposal when they picked up the dumpster (can't say the same for the company who picks up our weekly trash), and no damage to our driveway or yard. Another company we called didn't even know their own pricing or scheduling, and told me to call back in a few days. The rest never returned multiple phone calls, emails, faxes, or online "Contact Us" forms. Those places shouldn't talk about how great their customer service is on their web pages - they have none! On Time Disposal Inc is a great company and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more or better. Services: House & garage cleanouts, Yard debris removal, Furniture removal, Junk removal
