Cannot speak highly enough about the maintenance crew at Briarwood. Carlos and his team are always there when we need them. Jill, our leasing manager, has become like family and always helps to solve everyone's problems. They care about their tenants. It means a lot to raise a family in a peaceful development like this.

I have been living at Briarwood going on 10 years now. In all of my years, Briarwood House of Goshen, NY has been the nicest apartment I've ever had. Our tenants are friendly and considerate, and our awesome management and maintenance crew is reliable and caring -- and always readily available when needed. I lived at Briarwood for a dozen years and saw many changes with the maintenance staff. I can't say enough about Carlos, the current head of maintenance, and his staff. Carlos is an extremely hard and conscientious worker who goes above and beyond. And he's a really nice person to deal with. If Briarwood could offer a 2 bed/2 bath with in-unit laundry, I'd probably still be there.

I have been living at Briarwood for over 10 years. I love the peaceful quiet setting and Ive made lots of friends. The owners, Jill and the maintenance staff are wonderful. They are very responsive whenever there is a problem. The pool is an added bonus over the summer. It's beautiful, relaxing and a great place to meet and get to know your neighbors. The location is wonderful, being central to schools, shops and transportation. Overall, a fabulous place to call home!
