I ordered get well flowers. I found out a month later they were never received. When I called, Pecks apologized and said they would refund my money. The woman then asked could we send an apology bouquet? I replied that would be nice. Bottom line, they sent the apology bouquet and charged ME for it. So I paid $80 to apologize for THEIR error? I will never utilize their services again, nor would I recommend them.

I was warned by someone who lives here not to go to this shop, but liked an arrangement I saw online. On top of the $45 flower fee, there was also a fee for delivery, another for ordering online, and the total shebang was over $60. Still, it was my daughter's 25th birthday and I wanted her to have this all pink Gerbera daisy assortment. I wrote the shop asking them to be sure to use all pink and the lightest shade pink available, if possible. What she received? 9 flowers. 9 and 3 of them were orange. Only two were pink. The others were peach. Over $60 for the wrong flowers and only 9 of them? When I wrote the shop to tell them of my disappointment at the arrangement, this is the actual email I received, so BEWARE, they do NOT care. I also have the bill, so this guy is ignoring all his extra fees, tax, etc., and then saying they added an extra flower? Wow! Here it is: IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY, THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE SHOWED 8 GERBERAS FOR $55.00. THE DESCRIPTION ON THAT PAGE DESCRIBING THE ARRANGEMENT SAYS THAT LITE PINK, HOT PINK, AND PEACH ARE THE COLORS USED. WE GAVE YOU 9 DAISIES, LITE PINK, PEACH, AND A LITE ORANGEY YELLOW. THAT IS ALL WE HAD IN THE SHOP , EXCEPT BRIGHT ORANGE. WHICH WE DID NOT USE. THE COST OF YOUR VASE OF DAISIES WAS $45.00. YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVED AN EXTRA FLOWER. Do NOT go here if you actually want the person you love to be treated right or you value good customer service and a good product.

Pecks Flowers took no accountability for not only delivering the wrong order of flowers to my fathers funeral, but also showed no remorse when my mother called on the phone to notify Pecks Flowers about the order. My mother chose a cross to be covered in all white flowers, with a grandfather, father, and husband ribbon. The cross had colored flowers and no husband ribbon. After the funeral, my mother called and was promised she would receive a 50% refund, 2 weeks later, still no refund. Due to the poor service and lack of accountability during this difficult time for myself and my family I would NOT recommend their services.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. They were horrible for the price I paid. Will never order again. Beware !!!!!!
