If I could give it 0 I would. If youre thinking of moving here dont its not worth the headache!!! They play favorites with tenants. Certain people get to break all the rules and violate them and get in no trouble at all while others get constant violations and in trouble for everything and if they did the same thing as others they would be evicted. Awful place to live. Also Walls are thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing. HVAC piping isnt insulated so it causes damage to the ceilings. If you value your sanity RUN as far as you can.

Lived here four years. The cost of rent is 30% of your gross monthly wages. If you are retired or on disability living here isn't so bad as your gross and net pay are the same. If you work for a living, that 30% ends up feeling more like 45%. The rules are ridiculous. They ask for proof of residence for a guest. After you provide the proof they can decide it wasn't satisfactory and give you a lease violation anyway. No guests to visit more than 14 days and or nights in any 45 day period. The water pressure is awful. Walls are paper thin so you know if your neighbor farted. If you can move anywhere else I suggest doing so. As this place sucks with a capitol S.
