        Great serviceTimes have changed. The store used to feel like family. Clean everyone in good spirits and new the customers. They revamped the store.Fired all the employees or relocated them. The store is terrible now. DO NOT BUY PELLETS HERE DUE YO POOR STORAGE. THREE PALLETS ON THE FLOOR ALL DAMAGED BY WATER AND STILL HAD SNOW AND ICE ON THEM.

        The young male manager who was on this morning 11-1-23 seemed like he was annoyed, snarky and didnt want to be bothered by customers asking him questions. If it wasnt for the young girl on the register helping me you would have lost my business.
