        I've done Yoga several times but did not get much enjoyment or benefit from it. That changed when I started the Yin Yoga on Tuesday evenings with Nicole. Her mantras and the environment she creates are most excellent. I go every week now and I can feel the profoundly positive impact it has had on my mental/physical/spiritual well being. Matt Diehl

        I dropped into a vinyasa class with Laura while staying in town for a day off during a long bike tour. The space was calming, the music mellow, and her guidance as an instructor was well thought out yet accessible to all levels of yogi. If I lived here this would likely be my regular studio.

        Grounded on Glen is such a wonderful place! The teachers are very welcoming and the atmosphere is very non-judgmental. Happy to have found it after recently moving to NY.
