I was having problems with our new Navien Combi and called Jack Hall Plumbing and Heating....they sent a technician out right away. Tim Forte was our service tech and was amazing. Greatly appreciated his knowledge and got us up and running very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their heating system.

Scheduled a service call with this company for replacing a hot water heater. I explained I purchased a new unit and was in need of having them install it. I was advised that they could not warranty the work and I accepted. The technician showed and said he couldnt help because we didnt purchase the hot water heater through them. I called the office and got that shouldnt have happened, Ill call You right back. Then got a lot of well we might of made a mistake telling you that. Very unprofessional and very unorganized. I made it very clear from the beginning what I was in need of and trusted they would correct this issue. I wouldnt hire this company. Their unorganized way of scheduling probably reflects on their service too. There are many other local companies in our area. 2. After reading your reply, I love how you lie. The home was not piped with galvanized piping. It is supplied with 1/2 inch copper piping. It then feeds into a 1 foot piece of old galvanized pipe that is attached to the hot water heater. This piece was left alone when service line was updated. This 1 of galvanized wouldve been removed when the old hot water heater was removed. If you took the time to look you wouldve seen it. Oh thats right you werent even there. In addition the rest of the home is pex. Again you wasted my time and gave false information. Very unprofessional company. Youre not pulling the wool over my eyes.

I was looking to replace a 29yr old furnace. I had 3 estimates. Excellent presentation from Devin, very informative. The installation went very smooth (sorry cant remember names) the guys were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I think my basement was cleaner when they left. Thank you also to the staff in the office who helped with scheduling and rebate paperwork.

The entire staff at Jack Hall Plumbing were tremendous in accommodating my heating needs with a new furnace. Devin was an excellent salesman and explained all the items needed. The installers Dane and Tyler worked diligently for two days removing the old and replacing the new furnace. Their service is second to none! I highly recommend Jack Hall Plumbing.
