My parents have been using Taylor & Leonard Insurance since 1985, when they first started. Now an adult myself, I understand why they chose - and more importantly stuck with - this family run business all these years. In this digital age where everything is automated, Taylor & Leonard provide that human touch that most businesses are lacking. I will forever sing their praise, and am especially thankful for Nick. No matter what day/time I call or email him, he takes care of everything I need quicker than I can even imagine. This company is truly the best and I will never stop giving them my business!

Not only is Nick Jr. (and everyone in this office) dedicated to meeting our insurance needs and answering questions whenever they arise, but he makes him self available in a way that makes you feel you are not just a client. To him, you are like family! We sustained a house fire two years ago, and through the long rebuild process, not only was Nick available every step of the way, but he lent support - both practical and emotional. His guidance was invaluable in getting us back into our home - rebuilt and better than ever. We have come to rely on him totally for our insurance needs. For our family, the only insurance company in town is Taylor and Leonard. A lot of companies advertise that they are like family, but this company truly is.
