Ooh la la cleaning services

OhLaSlob!!! If you read through the rest of the reviews you can see a trend. Poor quality of work, not showing up on time and coming to clean very late at night. After going through and touring our house 2 times with Jennifer and Mike we had asked them to clean our short term rental. We set up appointments with them well in advance and the day of we had to reach out to them numerous times to find when they were showing up. They finally showed up at 10:00 at night and left at 1:00 in the morning. The next time they showed up 8:00 at night and only stripped the beds and said they would come back the next day. Well, the next day turned out to be 3 days later saying they need to prioritize their work. We left them a list of what color sheets go on each bed (different colors for each room) We had extra sheets for each bed. They put a set of full sheets on a queen size bed (they put a black full sheet on a bed that should have been gray queen set). The elastic of a brand new fitted sheet is now all stretched out. We labeled each shelf of the linen closet with an each separate room and color so it was easy to find the sheets for each room. They also ripped through the linen closet opening up all the sheets and left all the sheets rolled up in a ball instead of folding them. They left the bed skirts shoved into the mattress and put the top sheet on side ways. They never vacuumed, never cleaned the bathrooms including leaving hair in the showers. They left coffee in the coffee pot, never dusted, and left our personal closets wide open and unlocked. After all that, they complained that the way we want our beds made and how we want our towels is different than other customers. During the initial tour of the house. They asked How do you want your towels. We simply wanted our towels folded neatly on a table and in the closet. I guess putting the correct sheets on the correct bed and folding sheets and towels neatly is a lot to ask from them. In addition, at least 2 of the reviews here are reviewed by Jennifer herself saying how professional they are. How many more are reviews from their family. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and money and find a different cleaning company. They say they have over 50 places they clean and there is only the 2 of them so they need to prioritize their work. If that is true, think about where your house will fit into their schedule.

Well if I could give a negative I would. We had booked a deep clean prior to moving into a new house. We confirmed with Jen last week and she said she was all set. Today she never showed, never called, and didnt respond to emails or voice messages. I just dont know what is wrong with people that behave this way. She made a commitment and just blew it off. Im glad she has so much work that she can treat customers this way. Dont believe anything she says.

Weve used this company to clean our home since Aug 2021. They have been undependable, unprofessional and lately barely adequate in their cleaning. There have been several occasions where they have not shown for a scheduled cleaning and they havent texted to inform us. I was dissatisfied with the product they used on my new Pergo floor and instead of striping it off they told me what to use to clean it myself. The last time they cleaned I checked my cameras to see if they were gone and saw one of them in my recliner with my TV on. I honestly shouldve fired them months ago. When I finally did today the owner Jen lied and say she fired us. Ridiculous. If you want to see her dishonestly, look at the wonderful review she gave herself above. Save yourself a headache and hire someone else. Services: Cleaning, Standard cleaning
