        I called Queensbury Tile and Spas and talked to Mark about a sauna. I couldn't go to the store because of covid. I was told the saunas would not be in until October, but I was under the impression that one was ordered for me. When I did not hear back from Mark I emailed him to be sure he had my correct email. This is our correspondence; Hi Mark, I spoke with you a couple of days ago. You were going to email me with the cost and down payment information. I just wanted to be sure that you have the correct email address. Thanks! Hi Darline, yes I have everything I need except for time !! I will get this out to you as soon as I can. You are in my list and I have one saved for you. Thanks Mark When I visited the store a few months later Mark said that not only was one not ordered for me but that the price had gone up $1000! I would never do business with him!
