Glenmont Abbey Village

Two years ago when I moved in to the Abbey, my experience with the previous management was poor. As a result I was never really happy here. Things changed recently when new management took over. Upon learning of my experience during a meeting, Letha, our new Manager, apologized for how I was treated and immediately made things right. Although it was far too late to do anything about the filthy condition of the apartment when I moved in, Letha promised she would have maintenance immediately take care of the repairs that were never done. She kept her word. Tylor, the new Maintenance Supervisor, did a fantastic job making all the necessary repairs, and then some, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. Kudos to Letha and Tylor!

This review has been a Long time coming , but Amanda and Letha are Phenomenal!! Amanda was so kind and helpful with the whole process with moving my in-laws all the way from India into the Abbey ! She was patient and extremely warm and made them feel at home and comfortable as she continues to do! Letha went above and beyond to also make them feel comfortable and give insight and suggestions to decor and setting up their apartment ! She also checks up on them here and there which really goes a long way! These two women have truly made all the difference. Aside from the fabulous staff , the up keep of this place is fantastic ALL of the residents are SUPER kind and friendly , it truly is such a blessing for our family to have our parents living here and we are truly grateful! Well done Glenmont Abbey !!:) will DEFF be recommending to anyone we know!

The Glenmont Abbey is a great place to live. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew consisting of Tylor and Ray is extremely helpful and dependable. The porter Jillian does a wonderful job. Letha and Amanda in the office are efficient and willing to help!
