Very disappointed that I didn't get a callback. Was hoping to use local people and businesses but it was not meant to be .

The storm dumped 26inches of snow on us. My husband went out to snowblower and it set on fire! My daughter was visiting and needed to go home. We went on their App and followed directions. Simple. Within 2 hours someone was in my driveway plowing! The man was very friendly. Amazing people! I highly recommend them!

I feel like throwing something heavy at Doug, but my arms are too tired from shoveling the snow in my driveway that I paid him to plow. I'd call him and tell him how disappointing the level of service and follow-through is at his company, but he does not ever answer his phone, and his voice mailbox is full (presumably with messages from the other people who got to him first), so I can't leave a message. I did email him to ask where he was, but of course he didn't answer that either. Two stars because last year he didn't suck. The pictures show what you can look forward to shoveling yourself when Doug is your plow guy.
