        The person who checked me out was very rude. Told him I was sorry but I'm hard of hearing them he started yelling like a mad man .I left idems on the counter and walked out

        The problem with Hewitts Glenmont is the consistently miserable unhappy manager Jason who has no use for customer service/care, much less general upkeep of the site. His clear message is "Go away - leave us alone". OK - will do. Unfortunately, the poor staff is stuck with him.

        I purchased a number of indoor plants today at this location of Hewitt's. Chelsea was so helpful, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I would return in the future to have access to her expertise and positive customer service.
