        Well, WHBM is my favorite store to go. Their staff are always friendly and with very good customer service. This time, I stopped by the store thinking I may find something for my graduation and lady at the front who greeted me was very friendly at the beginning. Long story short, I was not able to find what I was looking for and politely excused myself. Immediately, her face and tone of her voice changed and I felt like I was not welcomed anymore. I felt so uncomfortable leaving the store and knowing that since I did not purchase anything, I would no longer be treated good. Well, I won't be coming back to this store. Very unfortunate, however, would have to look for another favorite store now.
