Igor Aronov: Allstate Insurance

Would not recommend, they increase your insurance every 6 months for no reason. I never received any tickets or had any accidents or claims and my insurance only ever go up even with the Allstate device, they are a scam. The reason they told me for increase is due to inflation.

My policy was sent here after my original office was closed down. This office was not my first choice nor will I ever recommend anyone here. The 2 staff members here and very rude and do things only when its convenient to themselves and pockets! When I needed my policy to be changed they wanted to me contact the after hours. When I contacted the after hours the representative told me this office simply didnt want to loose money so they sent me off elsewhere. When I continued to try to work with them to make changes because I was in the middle of transferring insurance to another state they made it nearly impossible. First required me to walk in the office which I did. Then when I called again I was told you said you were changing your agent so make your changes with your new agent, I will not help you anymorevery rude and dont recommend. I have been with Allstate for many years and never had an issue with them. Run far away from this office. Go to another local office which will provide you with more help for paying customers.

We have been with Robert Teitelbaum (Allstate) for quite a few years now with both home and auto policies, and Robert along with Sharma have been wonderful through every process. Always attentive and helpful every time we call or stop by!! We really appreciate everything you do for our us. Also looking forward to meeting Mr. Aronov. Michael Kouloumbis
