        Changed a water heater promptly during an emergency. I got a call back within 30 minutes and the guys came and replaced a leaking water heater within an hour or two. Would highly recommend, prices were in line with other quotes received.

        Repeated unanswered calls in reference to a boiler which they installed...Finally spoke to Al Haag who assured me they would be there the next day...no show...no call...no regard for a boiler emergency...no respect or regard for long standing customers ..supreme bad attitude I might add...Done...found new plumbers who are polite and punctual...
