        The experience was good. One thing though don't expect for the glass to be there. There are no walk ins. The glass must be ordered for your make and model.

        Please everyone respect the reality of customers who have been dissatisfied. We paid for service on a small crack of the windshield. After being serviced by Safelite, the crack still exists. Ironically, the technician managed to discover a small nick in another location and claimed he could also repair this as well. Guess what? After repairing this scratch, it still blatantly exists as well. Of course, they still charged our card. Reached out to family and friends they too have been bamboozled by Safelite and have ended up going to their auto dealers to clean up Safelites mess. One even had to return their car twice, yet Safelite could not get it right. Save your money and headache. Find a reputable body shop to care for your repairs. Lesson learned. Fooled us once. Never twice.

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip.
