Best Dental Care Experience I have ever had at 56 years old. Dr. Sabolboro and staff are efficient and extremely professional. Everyone was pleasant.

The dentist and everyone of the hygienists and front desk staff are super nice, and professional. They are busy but get you in and out and coordinate referrals pretty fast. And they are very responsive. I'd give 10 stars if I could:-)

The facility is very clean. The front desk staff are highly professional and accommodating. Doctor Walter is caring, diligent and friendly. He takes time to answer questions and treatment.

I made an appointment with this dentist for a cleaning, upon the recommendation of a friend. After my first appointment, I made another one for the next cleaning. Subsequently, I received a letter in the mail, stating that the office could not accommodate me as they were fully booked. I thought, odd, why would they have put me on the calendar? Meanwhile, I had recommended another person (who made an appointment after this letter was sent to me and for the same period). It was then clear to me they were choosing which patients they wanted to serve. Around the time of my appointment, I began to receive auto-text reminders. I was a bit confused so I called them to ask if I still had an appointment. They explained that those messages are just programmed and that they did, in fact, send me a letter notifying me that they cannot take me as a new patient. I then asked them to check again to see if they could add me - the receptionist informed me that they could not. I then inquired as to why and the receptionist informed me that they did not have room for new patients. I informed them that the other person I recommended actually made an appointment after that (and for the same week)! The receptionist said she would ask the dentist why I had to be removed and get back to me. Needless to say, I never heard back from her. I will also mention that all my conversations with the front desk were always cut off. The only two things I can think of are 1) I asked a follow-up question (maybe to be interpreted as somewhat challenging the dentist's analysis) upon leaving my first appointment and 2) I did not fit it, I was different. Either of those two scenarios are not good.
