I've been using Trinos Cleaners for over 5 years now. The owner is very attentive, and my clothes always come out looking professional. The owner doesn’t hesitate to stay open a little longer, if you're running a little late if you call to notify her. Any alternations or small fixes I needed were quickly taken care of. The owner also knows me by name, and knows my clothes so well that I never have to worry about having my ticket. If you read other negative posts about this cleaner, you must question why? Is it really being mistreated when you are the one who lost your ticket to retrieve your clothes? Is it mistreatment if a driver’s license is used to verify the correct owner of the dry cleaning? Is it mistreated when you arrive before the dry-cleaners printed pickup time? It is clear that the negative reviewer doesn’t understand much, since the owner is the only employee and she has the prerogative to close her store when she feels. However, it does seem that appropriate accommodations were made so that this complaining customer could obtain her dry cleaning. In my opinion, this is an excellent place to get your dry cleaning done! Prices are reasonable and easily accessed location in Glen Head. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You should absolutely take your business elsewhere. I was mistreated by the clerk. She told me she could not give me my dry cleaning without my ticket. I had thrown out my ticket and she said there was absolutely no way to give me my blouse back without my ticket. I responded by taking my drivers license out and saying that my name on my drivers license matches the name in the system and she eventually relented, but it was an extremely unpleasant conversation. In addition, the blouse was not ready when I was promised it would be ready. I came in after 2:30pm today and she said the delivery hadn't come in yet. She told me to come later today and then called me 5 minutes after I left the store to say that she was going home because the delivery man was running late. I explained to her that I am here out of town for the holidays so she said she would stay for the remainder of the store's operating hours so that I can come back and pick up my blouse. From what I understand, a store clerk should not just leave hours before the closing hours of the store.
