The car buying process has always been something I stressed/dreaded and never looked forward to, I think being a woman plays a large role in that. It always felt like salesmen either didn't give me the time of day, assuming I knew nothing or thought they could get one over on me. ALL of that changed when I stepped into North Shore Honda.
My family has now purchased two vehicles from North Shore Honda. They treated us like family, they took the time to really listen to what we wanted/needed in a vehicle and understood the value of our time. To say the customer service provided by Noel L. and Rich C. was above and beyond would be an understatement! They were completely transparent throughout the entire process and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the deal by answering any and all questions we had. They are genuine and truly cared about finding us the best fit vehicle for the best price.
They went the extra mile to assist my family and that makes all the difference, you will not find that anywhere else. We love North Shore Honda! I recommend them to everyone I know looking to buy a car!
