Have been disappointed with the quality of their holiday photos for some time now. They usually print way too dark. Shame on me for tryign them out again this year. Went to pick up my order and the photos on the front side of the card had a greenish tint to them, and the photos on the back side looked great. Rather than trying to reprint (just one even) on a different setting I was simply told that the machine tends to print images with a green tone. What does that mean? How is that acceptable?? So now I have to try other Staples locations or go to another printing facilty. Unacceptable and corporate will be contacted.
UPDATE: Staples in Garden City were able to print them the way they should be. Took the time and had me email them the pictures directly as JPG files, and we made the holiday card together on their computer. Unfortunately because of the lack of troubleshooting in the Glen Cove location, I am now still waiting for pictures to be ready in Garden City.

I've always loved the way I'm treated at the copy desk. Although the restroom in this store for the last 10 years smells worse than any New York City subway bathroom. I spoken to the manager over the course of the last decade and you would think somebody would pick up a bucket of bleach. Absolutely disgusting the store has really gone downhill. It's a shame there's no up for corporate management position that looks andh oversees things
The workers are very nice I pity when they have to use the restroom
