Unfortunate luck of having an upstairs and next door tenant constantly sound as though they are moving heavy equipment, creating heavy-footed bangs that shake the unit until midnight every day. No possible resolution besides moving out after having to record the sounds, and it being treated as a mystery to be blamed on vents. Sleep deprivation is not worth it. They do no uphold conditions of the lease unless it benefits them, dont expect anything else. Other tenants would blast music in the parking lot at 3am. Hollow walls and outer door werent sealed properly, letting in a constant stream of bugs.

Do not move here, unless you would enjoy living with college kids who smoke marijuana and cigarettes and blast loud music every night. Also the property manager will not do anything to help you, despite the supposed no-smoking policy. Living here has been a nightmare and I urge anyone to seriously consider other places. This is not even mentioning a multitude of other issues, such as the hot water only lasting 5 minutes in the shower before turning off, or the sink water taking 3 minutes to warm up in the morning during winter. They also reduced the number of trash containers, so you need to walk across the entire apartment complex with your trash every other day, or however often you fill up your trash, to dispose of it. I look forward to leaving this place every day.

Overpriced and lacking in competitors' amenities, like cable and valet trash pick up. I will always be grateful to the property manager, Heather Buchheit, who is a Saint and has helped many people, including me - not once, but twice- secure housing in a pinch. But if I hadn't found myself in a pinch, I would have have gone somewhere else with a better view and more bang for my buck. The goose poop that's always on the grounds also puts my dogs' health in danger, since they've developed the unshakable habit of eating it.

My daughter needed a short term studio rental and Heather was great in helping secure one for her timeframe. The apartment was large and clean when she arrived and had no issues while living there. Heather and her team were quickly responsive to any requests. I highly recommend the apartment complex! 12/2023

The price you pay to stay here is worth the money. Any questions you ever have the people who work here are more then happy to help. The apartment I stay in is always very nice. 10/10
