This Is a tough one. I'd give them 5 stars for the food, trucking and the Accounting Department, but because customer service is exasperating beyond words or star ratings, I had to make it a 3. They do not have anyone to answer the phone, which is absolutely ridiculous. They are located in Germantown, an area known to have spotty cell service, yet the customer service manager uses texting, when and if there is any response at all. I cannot say enough to praise the Accounting Manager, because he has saved the day several times, going beyond his job description. Again, the food itself is outstandingly fresh and delicious, but it's so difficult to communicate that I might give up until they hire someone to consistently answer the phone. How hard could that be in the current state of mass unemployment? '
