        If youre looking to rent an apartment and this company owns them- just find something else. Another slum lord who doesnt care about fixing or maintaining property. Trash all over complex, black mold all over basement and bathroom, windows are off hinges, shower/sink/kitchen sink leaks, big bubbles in my ceiling, and god forbid they clean the dyer once every seven years. If you like to do your own repairs- go for it, unfortunately its pulling teeth to try to get someone to fix anything.
