Old apartments and outdated appliances. Laundry facilities are also old. Move-out fees are ridiculous. They charge for stuff that was already there when you moved in like unwashable marks on the bathtub. The toilet was also clogged the day we moved out and we put in a maintenance request, so we were unable to clean it. They charged us for that as well. Subpar experience overall.

In response to the comment posted here that "you are charged for everything when you move-out" is not an accurate statement. Incoming residents are informed at their lease signing (in writing) of what charges could be assessed at move-out if they damage or don't clean the unit when vacating. Cleaning is a choice, but the resident is well-informed before moving in the amount they could be charged if they damage or don't clean when vacating. Normal wear-and tear is considered at a move-out inspection (we also perform a move-in inspection to protect both parties when signing a lease.)

Wonderful community to call "Home"! Management takes great pride in providing quality in rental living. Holly is a wonderful Property Manager and the maintenance team is outstanding
