Massage Envy - Garden City

Ive never had a massage before and the staff and environment made the experience amazing! The receptionists were very sweet and helpful, and my massage therapist Annalisa was wonderful, I highly recommend booking with her! Cannot wait for my next session.

Olga is amazing she gives the best facials. My face started to clear up with just the first facial I got with her. I have been going to massage envy for three plus years but wow Olga is the best!

This place is horrible. Customer service does not return your calls after they make illegal charges on your account. They are fraud and the people that work in the customer service and they need to be replaced because nobody returns your call and they are fraud people I would Appreciate someone in a higher level would get back to me the ones they have Here at this location are doing nothing.

UPDATE: Had a major problem with a massage I booked. The masseuse I wanted was out from a surgery for months, but I saw in July he would have appointments at the end of August, so I booked one. I figured I would call about a week and a half before to make sure he would be there, and sure enough the call center told me there was a note on my appointment to call me to reschedule. Ummm, hes been out for months, so why were you waiting until the last minute to call me when you know that you book up a month in advance? At that point I couldn't book another massage with anyone good or at a reasonable time. I asked to have a manager call me and no one did. Apparently this was the call center's fault, but still annoyed that no one called earlier to let me know my appointment would be cancelled when the masseuse had been out for months. The manager finally called me and apologized, but it was too little too late. UPDATE: I went back to give them another chance by booking a facial and they never told the esthetician to come in. Checked in when I got there and they never even told me and had me waiting for almost 30 minutes before I asked what was happening. The manager tried to make a bunch of excuses rather than owning it after I overheard her telling the receptionist that they have to call the esthetician to come in when same day appointments come in. The manager here is terrible. Told me the only way they could give me the facial is if I waited another HOUR for the esthetician to come in. Unbelievable.
