        Had a great experience at this T-Mobile thanks to Maria and Anthony, two of their managers. Went in to get my screen protector replaced with my insurance, but ran into a hiccup. The insurance wasn't showing up in their system, and it almost led to me being turned away. But Maria and Anthony were awesome about it, staying patient and dedicated. They called 611 to sort things out, and it turned out to be a glitch that they fixed right away. Got my screen protector replaced hassle-free, and now I'm all set for the future. Big thanks to Maria and Anthony for their excellent service and dedication to helping me out. T-Mobile, you've got some stellar employees!

        I used to love this store. I had the absolute worst service tonight. They did mot want to help me activate a phone and when it got close to closing they told me to call corporate. This is a corporate store and should not be doing this to their customers. I am giving the employees name to cooperate.

        Came through and switched from Verizon. Justin was great. Helped made the transition quick and easy. Ended picking up two ear buds at a great price. Shout out to their Associate Manager Anthony. Made sure we was taken cared of asap.

        I had such a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Roosevelt Field Mall thanks to Avinash's exceptional customer service. Despite difficulties adding a home internet line over the phone, Avinash made the in-person transaction seamless. What stood out was his attention to detail and personalized assistance, even remembering me two months later when I needed help again. Highly recommend this store for their excellent service! Thanks again Avinash!
