I just finished a root canal with Dr. Ko and her assistant Stefanie. You know its not a happy moment when you have to go in and have root canal work done but dr Ko made sure that I was pain-free, and she explained everything to me along the way. You could see how professional and knowledgeable she was as was the assistant, Stephanie. What a great team they are together Thank you both!

When I say I say I was so impressed with this location. I was a bit nervous walking in for my root canal. I was about 15 mins early and I was seen immediately. Once i gave my insurance card they let me finish the paper work after my procedure, that never happens. My wait time might have been 10 mins max and I was taking to the area where the procedure was going to be done. The only compliant I have about the area that I was having the procedure was there was no place for me to hang my belongings. I was also confused that there was no doors to seperate myself from the patients. Besides that the space was very clean, the machines seemed new, the cpu screen was big enough to see. The best part about my experience was Dr. Sharon Yi.( I hope I have the right person) As nervous as I was the moment she walked in her energy calmed me down. She was soooo nice. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She walked me through each step. She truly is great at what she does. Besides being numb I felt no pain during or after my procedure. She gets a 10 out of 10 from me.
