      image Worst dental experience. Does not inform patients before procedure is done and will state that due to their policy nothing can be done when procedural upcharges are higher than what insurance covers. States they try to work with insurance to get your lowest benefits but will charge you a higher upgrade for something that they were unaware of a patient's insurance and does not check with insurance to instead take a patient's money and states that we have signed and agreed to it even when not notified before going into the apointment.

      Dear Cassey, I am sorry that you feel this way. Our office has been treating and working with patients for more than 20 years. We informed you about the co-pays based on your insurance before your dental treatment. We have followed all the rules and guidelines of your insurance company. In fact, as courtesy of a possible misunderstanding, our office credited you back a portion of your balance. Please be aware each individual plans have deductibles, co-pays and maximum payments.
