        I had a disappointing experience with this dental office as they consistently failed to send the necessary approvals to my insurance. This lack of communication resulted in delays and unnecessary complications in the billing process. Improved coordination with insurance companies would greatly enhance the overall service.My interaction with this dentist office's customer service was disappointing due to their rudeness. Improving the attitude and communication skills of the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients.
