Not big on writing reviews but this one is long overdue... Been a patient for a little over two years and I must say not only is Doctor Ferng the best dentist i have ever been too but might be one of the nicest people I have ever meet in any profession as well. Imagine a day when a Doctor sits down with you and takes the time to talk and explain to you about the work that needs to be done right away and also the things that can wait a bit....All while being conscious of the costs involved to you as the patient and what you can afford at the time. He very simply puts your mind at ease the moment you sit in his chair with his caring, honest and very genuine demeanor and he has my implicit trust in his abilities as my Doctor. Now to the other amazing part of this practice ....The Staff !! Doctor Ferng teaches a master class on customer service and sets the tone through his actions while the rest of the office continues that same professionalism throughout the entire process as well. They are the most compassionate and kind group of people who clearly are not just there for a paycheck. They are extremely accommodating, understanding and simply just a great group of people who work collectively to provide excellent customer service start to finish. In closing if you choose to become a patient of Doctor Ferng, I assure you that you will not dread going to the dentist ever again and i dare say you may actually look forward to it ...They are that good !

I hate going to dentist, i mean really hate it, and Dr Ferng has always been very gentle, calming, and a phenomenal dentist. Will always work with you and puts the patient first, his staff and he always find a way to fit me into his busy schedule when its necessary.

Dr. Ferng is our family Dentist and he is Fantastic! He is very gentle and does good work. No repeat work ever. Our toddler loves the toys in the waiting area and had his teeth cleaned by the hygienist Luisa who is terrific! Virtually no wait time and his office reminds me of Cheers. The famous bar where everybody knows your name. He knows all his patients names. That is impressive! With all he has to do he remembers his patients too. The services are very thorough and cost effective. Elevator in the building with ample exterior parking and near commuter rail. Wheelchair accessible building with key access to restrooms on his floor are kept really clean and spacious. Dr Ferng takes the fear out of dental work. Weve been going to Him for years and wouldnt have it any other way.
