They are horrible not a busy line and many employees I ordered 2 drinks they made 1 of my drinks and called my name when their was 2 drinks one of them was mine the other drink was the person who ordered way after me I waited a while for my drinks and only one was ready had to wait even longer for my second drink. The employee didnt even notify me the 2nd drink was mine. Customer service very horrible. They are unorganized cant take orders successfully at the same time and causes confusion. Was very upset. Pls fix

They close at random hours without letting customers know. They also randomly run out of drinks without replacing them for days. You'd think a multimillion dollar company could easily fix those issues.
