We had a great experience with mr John and scheduling to the actual pick up and drive from JFK to Nyc. We had arrived after a long day of travel with 3 kids. John was early and had the car seats installed. He was easy to find, we literally walked out and there he was! He even helped us with our bags when dealing with two sleepy kids. We had an excellent experience. Sunny...our driver was great. A true professional. On-time picking us up. Vehicle was clean. Took us right to the front door of our destination and picked us up later that evening right out front of where we went to dinner. Perfect.
