Jack, Katie and I just wanted to reach out and say thank you for the professional way in which you and your entire team acted and performed the work at our house. As you are aware, this has been a nightmare to say the least, and now almost 4 years later we can rest easy knowing the shotty workmanship of the past has been corrected. The best part is that we didnt have to beg to get the work done. When we were told the work was starting, it started and continued until it was completed. That in of itself made this entire project stress free for both Katie and I and we cant tell you how much it is appreciated. Thanks again to you, Andy, Chris, Tim and the rest of your team for a job well done!!

2Pros recently renovated my house in Cayuga Heights, including a gut renovation of two bathrooms, remodeling of a sunroom, expansion and modernization of a 1930s garage, and addition of a deck. Jack, Annette, and the rest of the 2 Pros team were incredibly responsive, diligent & creative. They made sure that we were completely happy with all of the work, and they were really great to work with. My wife and I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on future projects. We used 2 Pro's Construction for a major remodeling project of a lake house based on an architect's plan. It was very important that we trusted their work as we live in another state sevens hours from the site. They remodeled an area of the house that involved ripping out 3 small bedrooms and two small bathrooms and converting it to a master bedroom suite with a master bath, office laundry area and a powder room. Their construction team was very knowledgable about every aspect of the building process and even kept an old furnace running (not an easy task and not their job!). Annette and Jack are very easy to work with and accessible. I would definitely recommend them. The selection of a company for a home renovation project requires a certain amount of trust. Trust that a company is accurately portraying their level of expertise and skill. Trust that a price quote is reasonable. Trust that company representatives will provide timely and knowledgeable responses to questions and concerns. That workers will show up as promised, and do their jobs well. Recommendations from those who have had positive personal experiences with a company can go a long way toward establishing trust--which is why I am writing this review for 2 Pro's, who recently completed a second project at my house, 6 years after the first. They have proven themselves to be masters at creating and executing a plan, with results that consistently exceed expectations, on budget. Everyone I have come in contact with at 2 Pro's has demonstrated unparalleled attention to detail, a superior work ethic, and a personal commitment to a finished product that reflects their effort/expertise and pleases the homeowner.
