Worst experience ever.they over charge you for nothing at all and try to rip off your insurance for big big.their prices are totally ridiculous and their service is really poor . I would definitely not recommend

Im not sure who this man is but he is only a driver and he felt the need to be in control of something he didnt need to get involved in. The woman told me I could go to my car and grab my item. He not only refused to allow me in my car he refused to give me my item(which was in his hand). When I had the woman admit she gave me the authorization to enter my car he chose to argue with me. After hearing the words come out her mouth I was authorized to grab my own things. He is just a driver & was in control of nothing yet chose to cause me stress and anxiety and when I got upset he told me to calm down. In a situation he did not have to involve hisself in. This was a negative experience all around and I wish the police didnt bring my car here. Oh and lastly he stated these are police vehicles and a police only lot. Which was in fact a lie.
