This Dr treated me for the first time, he was with me for maybe 5 minutes, but I think it's too much, I totally disagree with his diagnosis, never in 5 minutes and apart from everything he never asked me anything, he said hello and sat down in front of me. to the computer and then he told me bye. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and I couldn't because he was not affiliated with my health insurance.

Dr. David Freshman was amazing. Very professional and kind and on time, along with his assistants. I was very nervous before my surgery but he helped me feel comfortable and more relaxed.

Near impossible to get a hold of someone to book an appointment. Long waits, and, when I finally got someone, the person effectively whispered, stopped reaponsing till I had to hang up. Second time was better, but it was still a long wait to get someone.
I don't know if these people answering the calls work from home, but it's clear that, whatever the issue is, im not going to New York Presbyterian again.

The Dr.Ambika at this location is amazing. She explains everything to me in my native language making it easy for me to understand everything! Recommended her lots!!!

Horrible. Unfortunately i liked the doctor here. Its been more than 2 weeks I have been trying to get to the office for my referral. No one answered the call. I even left a message. They didnt even bother to call back. I also left a message on my chart patient portal. There is no other way I can contact them unless I go to the office. How will patients contact the doctor if there is any emergency.
