This isn’t even the correct address. Me and a few other patients all went to this address, just to be told it was a different address 10 minutes away This office is a mess! And they need a new organization system and new receptionist ASAP! I saw the bad reviews but didn’t think it was going to be that bad. But oh boy! #1 there was no social distancing at all. There was over 20 people packed in the lobby waiting for an appointment. There wasn’t even enough seats for everyone, and some people had to stand. And I was amazed that an actual medical building isn’t practicing social distancing. #2 I had an appointment, and I was never actually seen! I went there, waited one hour and half, for them to tell me that I have to come back 3 weeks from now. They needed to call my doctor to get authorization and forgot to do it??? And then tried to call my doctor while I was there, but the doctors need more notice. #3 the receptionist were laughing and talking to each other the entire time, and loudly making fun of clients. Rolling there eyes.... This place is a mess! I wasted my entire day, and 60$ in Uber fare. And now have to wait three more weeks to be seen

Worst place that you can ever go to because they are very unprofessional. I made an appointment over the phone for 4 o’clock but they put me for 5 o’clock. Then I asked them they gave me attitude and very rude they don’t even care . Doctor should not send us to this place .

Unpleasant experience. Call to take an appointment and Customer service lady hung up on me after i told her to wait few seconds to let me get ID number..0/5

The secretary Vanessa was rude and sooo disrespectful. Refused to make my appointment and kept saying I was not of age to have a mammogram. Even after I explained to her the test was requested by my doctor after their findings. She then placed me on hold twice to speak with her manager Fran, Who I ended up speaking with to make my appointment. No one apologize or saw anything wrong with the way I was treated. Some kind advice for the staff at this location. No woman is coming to have test done for fun. A little kindness goes a long. Worst customer service ever!! Ps hate that I have to even give you guys one star.
