From the second i walked through the door the staff at this practice were polite, welcoming and professional. I informed my hygienist before hand that I had extremely sensitive gums and therefore a fear of dental work, the staff took this into consideration and moved at my pace throughout my exam and cleaning. The hygienist checked in every few minutes to make sure I was tolerating the work and remained calm and pain free. I can't recommend this office enough!! Truly outstanding bedside manor.

For my entire life, I've been going to dentists regularly, but I've always had issues with dental decay. I've seen some very good dentists over the years, and had a lot of work done, but it felt like it was always two steps forward, one step back. In the last few years, Dr. Paul has remade my mouth. I've never felt so much as a sting from a needle, or any pain at all, even during and after a few surgical and implant procedures! Right now I'm in a temporary, and it looks amazing, but the final will look and chew even better. But even more important than all that, Dr. Paul and the hygienists David and Batel took the time to help me understand my decay problem and to stop it from happening. Ever since then, I've had ZERO new problems. The staff at Timeless and Dr. Paul are the GOATs! Who else tries so hard to help stop the problems that they get paid to fix? Now my whole family gets their treatment here. Thank you very much!
