        He's a good and generous doctor. He knows a lot about things outside cardiology too, so he isn't limited to his field - if your problems "spill outside" of it so to speak, like insomnia. I trust his diagnostics and feedback on other ideas about what may be the problem.

        The office staff is very rude, unprofessional when you call to make an appointment.. made me wait 30 minutes and then hung up.. different immature girls will pick up every 6 minutes just to say hold on and refuse to help Not everyone has ability to schedule on line horrible rude staff

        I had a side effect to a medication (Hives) prescribed by Dr.Kapchits, so I called the office and left a message. Also, I message them through the website service for it. However, after a few days NOBODY answered any of my messages. 2 days later, I called again and the assistant answered me with her favorite and non profesional phrase "I don't know sweety". After I insisted, she took my message for the physician who was covering the cardiologist. I explained that I had an emergency at home and couldn't go there, so I asked for a phone call back, but NOBODY call me back. It happened starting on September 19th. Today is October 11th!! and still waiting. In addition, the first visit, the cardiologist requested a test. I was asked to dress a gown in a room with a door that you couldn't lock! A few people came inside the room without even knocking the door. The technician complained all the time about the place. And at the end, the test that was done was the INCORRECT one. The person in charge for approval until today doesn't get the approval for the correct one!!!!

Unfortunately, the events that you are describing took place when I was on vacation and the whole story just became known to me. From the report I received from the nurse practitioner I understand that she was waiting for you to come to the office because she wanted to see the rash you had developed and discuss further strategy. For whatever reason, the fact that you were waiting for her call back wasn't recognized by her and she expected you to come to the office to be examined.
