Hello, first when entering it was extreme aggression from the Security. Yelling leave your bag and I stated its a return. Once I approached the register and explained my purpose, which was a return the associate took my receipt and walked it to another associate. She came back to the register and said you bought this at Jamaica Queens and I said yes is that a problem and she said no and FINALLY started the return. In conclusion I felt a pinch of Racism and this isnt the VIBE. Demographics I get, however, I also get CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL which I didnt receive. Either way Happy Holiday and New Year Oh, yeah try to be polite to the Customers so they can come back

Went 11/20 to return an item with receipts and tags starched. Lady at the register told me they stopped taking returns after 7pm...? Another small woman (claimed to be manager) came to tell me the same thing and to go somewhere else Been coming to this Rainbow for many years and this is the first I hear about this. Horrible service and will definitely inform everyone else to not shop here as they will take your money and go against their own return policy. Spanish Translation since it's in Junction Blvd: On November 20th I went to Rainbow to return something I bought with my receipt and tags. The girl at the cashier tells me that they no longer take anything back after 7pm...? Horrible service and I will definitely tell others not to buy here because they are scamming.
