        Your customers constantly clog the entrances on Junction and 97th st with your carts to the point where it is unsafe and people can't exit. Your customers also turn 97th st into a parking lot, blocking both car and pedestrian traffic. Also seeing more and more of your carts outside of your immediate area (as far as queens center mall). I'm a local resident and this has created a safety hazard in this area for years. Please do something about this.

        The shopping environment is so bad I don't want to go there again. The signage at the service desk is also very messy, and it is not known where to stand in line.
