Optum Urgent Care - Little Neck

Walked in with throat infection was told i am covid positive but instinct wasnt accepting that. I did 4x covid test at home all were negative. I went to quest lab for pcr and i was negative again. I am very upset because my little child had to be away from me because a mistake was made at your facility. Its not acceptable next time run pcr for your patients along with rapid testing. Also the tech was supposed to take my throat swab which she barely touched and when dr arrived i asked her how you take swab culture since that tech dint touch my throat so she said inwikl take it again. I definitely wont be walking in here again unless you hire well trained staff.

Went today and the doctor hardly even looked at me. Then when I looked at my after care information, he put the wrong information in the system. I will never see that doctor again.

Extremely rude, both Terry and a doctor. They look at you like you are beneath them. If you hate your job so much, why do it?

Came in today on Christmas cause my mom got a deep cut on her wrist and needed stitches. Berna the front desk lady turned us away because she said theres two patients ahead and there closing in 20 mins. Taking in one more patient especially one that is currently bleeding and turn them away is insane to me. If it was close then locked the doors.

DO NOT GO HERE- Ive never written a single review in my entire life but I am completely disgusted by the so called care I received today. I went in with fever, chills, difficulty breathing, sore throat, cough with mucus, severe congestion, headachethe list goes on. The nurse Terry was extremely abrupt and spoke down to me the entire time. No hello, how are youshe rudely began with why are you here? I said I took an at home covid test, wanted to confirm if I am actually positive and have been feeling very sick. The nurse rudely said that theres no reason to confirm and thats what at home tests are for and that I should have just stayed home. She then asked if I was even sick. I explained my symptoms and she said that I wasnt old so there was nothing they could do for me. Its not like they were going to give me an infusion. These people didnt even take my vitals. I asked them to take my temperature and they just handed me a sheet of paper that said take lozenges, fluid/rest, try mucinex DM. At first I thought these ladies were unhappy to be working on Christmas Eve but after seeing everyone elses reviews, it seems that they regularly treat sick people with disrespect. Will not be going back and advise others to think twice before stepping foot into this place.
