Asking me again this month to pay a bill that already paid off automatically from my HSA, after I sent them the payment info on 7/11/23. This is 3rd time their billing department making same mistake and sent me same bill. There are other urgent cares don't make same mistake 3 times.

Just five stars? Why not all the stars in the sky! There are not enough good things to say about HealthNeed. An immaculate reception area, a warm, dedicated staff, a level of professionalism I honestly was not expecting. Dr. Haussmann is nothing short of extraordinary. Her attention to detail, professionalism and gentle manner made a very nervous young patient feel HEARD! The amount of time and patience she demonstrated is something Ive never seen before in any medical setting anywhere! (Ive been to 43 countries). Her respect for and knowledge of different cultural taboos, gender identity and religious traditions made my son feel comfortable and safe. No judgments! He left feeling physically better, knowing his wishes were respected and ultimately feltLOVED! Dr. Haussmann loves her patients. She gets my vote for Surgeon General. The medical profession should require all would-be physicians to shadow Dr. Haussmann for a few days and see how its done!
